A Little Description About Me.
Petro Viljoen is a registered Industrial Psychologist and started her career in 1990 in Telkom as HR Generalist. She moved on to Growth-Link a consultancy firm in 2003 where she was Manager of Assessments. At Growth-Link she was involved in numerous client
systems, executing assessment and Organisational Development related projects.
In 2009 she joined Sanofi as HR Manager and Business Partner. She was also responsible for People- and Talent
Development for the South African affiliate of Sanofi.
In September 2014 she started working as an Independent Consultant for Skills4U, offering HR Consulting and Professional Assessment services to various clients within various industries. Petro has been appointed as Director within Skills4U since October
2016 and Associate to Bonela Consulting. Her key responsibilities include the delivering of professional services related to psychometric Assessments (Selection and Development), Talent Management and the Facilitation of Training
Interventions such as Emotional Intelligence, Talent Management, Leadership and Change Resilience programs.
She is passionate about people and their potential to become the best they could
be. She promotes the “power of positive thinking” and the role of Emotional Intelligence in healthy people relations, as well as leadership success.
As assessment specialist, she thrives on supporting individuals to identify their strong points, as well as their development needs and then supports them in realising their full potential. Petro has intensive experience in assessment best practices and
methodologies, relevant to all the different organisational levels in a company.
She loves challenging the status quo and researching best practices in order to assist leadership to make
decisions in line with the future landscape of the business.
