A Little Description About Me.

Eugene Viljoen has over thirty years’ experience in the Furniture, Mining, Steel, Retail, Motor, FMCG, Financial, Manufacturing and IT industry in South Africa.

In 1984 he was awarded a B. Com Accounting Degree from UJ. After being involved in his privately-owned enterprise, Eugene joined Iscor as Training Manager. He got promoted to Manager Transformational Leadership and eventually to Manager Leadership Development for the Iscor Group. He then moved on to Dimension Data where he was appointed General Manager Leadership Development.

Eugene worked in the Middle East for a number of years, assessing and developing future leaders for the Daimler Middle-East Corporation.

Eugene started up his own consulting service with the aim to support organisations in putting people at the heart of business. In 2007 he founded Skills4U (Pty) Ltd focusing on the development and facilitation of competitively-priced people-skill solutions to individuals and teams in Africa.

Eugene has extensive expertise in Coaching of, and Consultation with business leaders and executives on Organisational Effectiveness with the focus on:
